What is the CLE Lifetime Assurance Program?
Woolfson Eye Institute's Lifetime Assurance Program is an exceptional vision care policy offering assurance of continued care to patients throughout their lifetime. We make this offer because we are confident in the stability of our patient's visual outcome over the long term.

The primary benefit of the program is CLE's assurance that in the event a retreatment is needed, provided the patient is eligible for the program, the patient will receive retreatment free of charge.

Eligible patients will be given a CLE Lifetime Assurance Passport to document their compliance with the program requirements. A member of the doctor's staff will initial the passport at every required visit.
