Thao Truong, MD
 EXPERIENCE:
Dr. Truong joined Woolfson Eye Institute to manage pre and postoperative surgical patients with an emphasis on refractive surgery.
Prior to joining Woolfson Eye Institute she was in private practice in Atlanta. She has had extensive experience in primary care ranging from the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases to fitting contact lenses.
Dr. Truong received a full scholarship to the University of Maryland Baltimore County where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia
Currently, Dr. Truong is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Georgia Optometric Association as well as the Greater Atlanta Optometric Association.
Dr. Truong lives in Cumming with her husband John and enjoys spending time with their three dogs.
